His desire to deepen his expertise in injury recovery and rehabilitation led him to transition into Massage Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Makeo now focuses on treating injuries and restoring functionality, using a combination of techniques such as Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Release. With a deep understanding of human anatomy and a keen ability to identify the root causes of pain, he helps clients recover, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
